A Perfect Kale Soup Recipe for Vegans

  • 1large bunch of kale (removed from stems and torn into medium pieces)
  • Parmesan (freshly grated, for garnish)

  • 1/2teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Step 1

Over medium heat, put a large pot and heat oil for a moment. Then, add onion, leek, and celery to the pot. Cook it for about 6 minutes until the ingredients become a bit soft.
