Step 1

The first step of making a fantastic chicken soup with rice is to cook the chicken. Choose a large soup pot, bring 900 grams of chicken stock and 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the chicken and salt to taste the liquid. You can cut the breast in half if you want them to cook faster. Cover the lid and turn the heat to medium.
