  • 2/3 cupall-purpose flour

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and put the rack in the center of the oven. Brush an 8-inch square baking pan with butter.

Place a saucepan and fill it with hot water and put a medium bowl in it. Combine the butter and chocolate in the bowl. Heat and stir until smooth and completely melted.

Remove the bowl from the pan. Add vanilla extract and sugar; set aside the mixture to cool. Whisk in the eggs, mix thoroughly. Next, add flour, salt, baking powder, and stir until incorporated. Be careful not to over mix.
