Place the whip topping and yogurt mixture on top of the cracker crumb crust and freeze for at least 4 hours so that it gets firm.

Step 3

After it gets firm, remove it from the freezer and let it get slightly smooth at room temperature. Garnish it with fresh fruits such as raspberries or strawberries, tailored to your tastes, 15 minutes before serving.

Cooking Notes

Tarkar Frozen Whipping Cream enables you to prepare the best-whipped topping for your dessert. In order to do that you need the following:
Tarkar Frozen Whipping Cream, 200 grams
sugar, 50 grams
vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon

Start by pouring whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla cream into a bowl and mix them. Place the bowl in the freezer for 45 minutes until the sides are frozen.

Once the time has passed, remove the bowl and stir the mixture with a fork until all the frozen parts have been combined. Turn on the hand mixer and mix clockwise for 5-7 minutes using the highest power. Wait until the cream starts to thicken. When you see the trace of the hand mixer over the whipped cream, it’s ready. You can also test this by taking a spoonful of whipped cream and holding it upside down. If the cream sticks to the spoon and does not fall, then it is ready.
