Step 1

Place a saucepan over medium heat and add ESL Full-Fat Milk to it. Wait until it gets slightly warm. Do not let it boil. While stirring, add finely chopped chocolate and a pinch of salt, then melt the chocolate pieces and mix until well combined.

Step 2

Add the honey and vanilla extract to the chocolate and milk mixture and whisk well. Allow it to cool for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

In a bowl, add  Greek Yogurt and beat it until it gets fluffy. Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and whisk well to fully incorporate. Continue stirring until the mixture is light brown.

Step 4

Transfer the chocolate mousse to six dessert bowls and smooth the surface with a spatula. To help it set completely, chill it in the fridge overnight or for at least four hours.

Step 5

Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, grated chocolate, and mint. Make sure to serve it cold.

Cooking Notes

To add flavor, you can use orange zest or mint essence. 

You can use honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
