If you don’t need to watch your calories, Mars Bar Cheesecake will be your favorite dessert. This cheesecake doesn’t need to be baked in the oven, so you just pop it in the refrigerator, and voila! It is an easy no-bake recipe, but for the best result, you need to be patient. The important tip about Mars Bar Cheesecake is that the longer it stays in the fridge, the tastier it gets. And the good news for Mars Bar lovers is that this recipe has lots of bars going inside the cheesy layer and there’s even more on the top. Step 1

Line the bottom of a 22 cm springform tin with baking paper and grease the sides. Set aside.

Step 2

Using a food processor, crush the chocolate biscuits until they resemble breadcrumbs. At this stage, add in your melted French Butter and stir until combined. Pour the biscuit mixture into the springform tin and cover the base with the mixture. Flatten the surface using a large metal spoon. Put it in the refrigerator.

Step 3

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the softened Oval Cream Cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and caster sugar to the mixing bowl and beat again. Then, add the thickened cream and mix on a medium to high speed until the mixture is thick, creamy, and evenly mixed.

Step 4

In a small bowl, pour the boiling water and sprinkle over the gelatin powder, one teaspoon at a time. Stir until completely dissolved. Let it cool down. Then add the cooled gelatin mixture into the mixing bowl and beat again until combined.

Step 5

Chop four mars bars into small pieces and put them in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-second until they have melted. You can stir after 15 seconds.

Step 6

Add the melted mars bars to the cream cheese mixture and mix at a medium speed to evenly combine. Now, you can add one chopped mars bar to the cream cheese mixture if you like to feel its pieces in each bite.

Remove the mixer bowl from the stand. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and spread equally. Add extra chopped bars on top. Drizzle over the caramel and chocolate sauces. Put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight to set, if you could resist.

You can also use Mascarpone Cheese in your cheesecake, but remember any cream cheese you use should be full-fat!
