Yogurt Strawberry Mousse is a mouth-watering dessert of American cuisine that everyone loves.

Moreover, the strawberry and yogurt make it both a nutrient-dense and cooling dessert for hot days ahead. With the hot weather, try the following recipe and keep cool while eating the zesty Strawberry Yoghurt Mousse.

Step 1

Pour cold water into a bowl, add gelatin powder, mix well, and let it sit for 5 minutes to let the gelatin bloom. Heat Kalleh Zero Milk in a small saucepan over medium flame, make sure to not let it boil. Add the gelatin mixture to the hot milk while stirring constantly. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Put it aside.

Step 2

Blend the strawberries until they are pureed.

Step 3

Add sugar and Kalleh Greek Yogurt to the puree and mix until well combined.

Step 4

Combine gelatin and strawberry mixture in a blender, and blend until well combined.

Step 5

Using an electric mixer, beat Kalleh Makhsoos Whipping Cream for 2 minutes until soft picks are formed. Gradually add strawberry mixture and whisk until well blended. Transfer the mixture to serving bowls and chill them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Step 6

Take the bowls out of the fridge, garnish with sliced strawberries and enjoy.

Cooking Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt with plain yogurt, but using Greek yogurt leads to a creamier mousse.

You can use strawberry preserve instead of fresh strawberries to skip gelatin. If you do this, you must leave out the sugar from the recipe.
