In a bowl containing cold water, add gelatin powder, mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes so the powdered gelatin blooms. Heat Zero Milk in a small saucepan over medium flame. Make sure not to let it boil. Then, add gelatin mixture to the hot milk while stirring constantly. Keep on stirring until the gelatin is dissolved. Set it aside.
Using a blender, beat the strawberries until strawberry puree is obtained.
Add sugar and Kalleh Greek Yogurt to the puree and mix until well combined.
Using a blender again, gradually add gelatin to the strawberry mixture and blend until combined.
Using an electric mixer, beat Makhsoos Whipping Cream for 2 minutes until soft picks are formed. Gradually add strawberry mixture and whisk until well blended. Transfer the mixture to serving bowls and chill them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Greek yogurt can be substituted with plain yogurt, but using Greek yogurt will result in a creamier mousse.
