Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

With a sharp knife, slice the red onion thinly, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the prepared tomatoes and red onion at the bottom of the dish, season with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and basil. Mix them and set aside.
