To make this dish, you need to cut open boneless chicken breasts and insert the filling ingredients. Season the outside of the chicken with paprika and garlic powder to make it even more tempting. After baking the chicken at a high temperature for only 10-15 minutes, you can enjoy this superb meal.

Instructions

Step 1

Put a rack in the center of the oven and preheat it to 220°C (428 °F).

Step 2

Use a bowl to combine Willie Cream Cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic with a fork. Then stir in the Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and spinach leaves. Mix them well.

Step 3

Skin and wash the chicken. Put it on a flat surface and cut the chicken from the side (3/4 of the way). Do not cut it all the way through. Fill each chicken breast with a quarter of the mixture.

Step 4

Seal the chicken breasts using a toothpick. Use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to season the outside of the chicken.

Step 5

Heat the olive oil in a pan or a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 8 minutes (4 minutes each side) until they get a golden brown color.

Step 6

Flip it again and transfer the chicken breasts instantly to the oven. Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes. The internal heat of the chicken should get to 75°C (167 °F). Wait a few minutes before slicing them.

Cooking Notes

Make sure to use even-sized boneless chicken pieces.

You should use an oven-proof pan to bake the chicken.

You should ensure that the chicken breasts are placed flat along the sides.
