Instructions
For making delicious meatballs with tzatziki sauce first preheat the oven to 450°F. then line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
Choose a large bowl, whisk together the panko bread crumbs, parsley, grated onion, grated garlic, fresh lemon zest, eggs, dried oregano, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Here you have two options. First, you can add the Kalleh feta cheese to the mixture and combine it with other ingredients. Second, save the feta cheese for later and stuff the meatballs with a cube of feta cheese.
Add the ground beef to the mixture and combine with your hands. Be careful not to over-mix the meat mixture. Damp your hand with water, take one tablespoon of the meat mixture and form it into a ball shape circle. If you want to stuff the meatballs, place the feta cube at the center of each meatball and make sure the edges are closed and covered completely. Continue farming until you have 20 meatballs.
Place the formed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, and arrange them with proper space between each meatball. Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush them with oil. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven on the center of each of them. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, you can start making the tzatziki sauce. Pour the Kalleh seven yoghurt in a bowl, add the shredded cucumber, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper and give them a nice mix. Stir until combined, then transfer it to your serving bowl.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and serve immediately. Put the meatballs on your serving plate and side it with your favorite green salad, roasted vegetables, French fries, or garlic bread. Put the sauce next to it and enjoy the tasty and memorable taste of these homemade meatballs.
