  • 4tablespoons Greek seasoning
  • 2boneless chicken breast
  • 1cup Cucumber Yogurt

  • 2tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

For the stunning Greek seasoning of this delicious chicken with Kalleh cucumber yogurt sauce, combine the salt, garlic powder, dried basil, Greek oregano, paprika, ground black pepper, dried rosemary, dried dill, dried marjoram, and ground thyme in a small bowl. It will make about ½ cup. Once mixed, set it aside.

Step 2

Now, divide the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into two even pieces. Rub the seasoning over the chicken breasts evenly. Place them in a large plastic bag, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Let them marinate for thirty minutes.

Step 3

While the chicken is marinating, get your hands on making the great sauce. Add the  cucumber yogurt to a bowl. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, ground nutmeg, and black pepper. Mix until combined. Put the sauce in the fridge until ready to serve.

Step 4

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. You can also use a grill pan. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill, brush them with the remaining sauce in the plastic bag, and cook for about eight to ten minutes per side.

Cooking Notes
