Step 1

Boil the water in a pan, add one tablespoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of salt. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook one minute less than the package instructions. Cook the pasta al dante. Remove from the heat, drain, and rinse. Return to the pot, pour in the tomato sauce, 1/3 Kalleh Parmesan Processed Cheese, and 1 cup of Kalleh Lasagna Processed Cheese. Set aside.

Step 2

Use a paper towel, and pat the chicken breasts. Use a sharp knife to cut them into 1/2 inch thick strips.

Choose three bowls. Put the flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in it. Fill the second bowl with two eggs, add one tablespoon of water, and beat them with a fork. Put 1/5 cup of breadcrumbs in the third bowl. Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, then in the whisked eggs. Lastly, smother them in the breadcrumbs mixture until entirely coated and covered. Use your hands to flatten the coated chicken strips.

Add 1/4 of the oil and the butter to a pan, and heat it over medium-high heat. The butter will give the chicken meat a golden shade. Once heated, place the chicken into the oil carefully. Cook the strips in batches. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Add more oil if necessary to help the chicken cook better. Line a plate with a paper towel, and place the cooked chicken strips on it to absorb the excess oil, and they will be crispier. Use a knife to slice the strips into bite-size pieces. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Grease a baking dish with oil, then add in half of the pasta sauce mixture at the bottom of the dish, top with half of the chicken strips pieces, 1/3 of Kalleh Parmesan Processed Cheese, and 1/3 Kalleh Lasagna Processed Cheese (sliced). Add the remaining pasta mixture, top that with the other half of the chicken strips and reserved Lasagna Processed Cheese (sliced), and Parmesan Cheese.


Step 7

Put the dish in the preheated oven, and bake uncovered for about 25 minutes. If you like the top to be crispier and browner, increase the heat to 425 F and continue baking for 2-5 minutes. Remove from the heat, let it cool for five minutes. Then garnish with fresh parsley, and serve it on a flat plate sided with Garlic Bread or Green Salad.
