Step 1

For a delicious Grilled Steak Sandwich in a large resealable bag, combine the olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Add the steak to the mixture, seal, and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours. Once the steak is marinated thoroughly, remove it from the bag and pat it dry with a towel—season with salt and pepper to taste. Rub the seasoning with your hand all over the steak.

Step 2

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grease the grill entirely with oil. Place the marinated steak on the heated grill, and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes or medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board, tent with foil, let stand for about 5 minutes. Then slice the steak thinly against the grain. If you like it to be cooked through, place the slices on the grill and cook till you desired doneness. Place the Parto Processed Cheese slices over the steak pieces, and let it melt.

Step 3

Melt the Dairy Butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced onions, while occasionally stirring, cook for 10 to 12 minutes until tender and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a medium bowl, whisk the minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, grain mustard, salt, and pepper. The combo of flavors in this amazing Garlic Aioli Sauce complements the Grilled Steak Sandwich fully.

Step 4

Spread Garlic Aioli evenly over the bottom half of the baguette. Top that with cheesy steak pieces, greens, and lastly, caramelized onions. Put the top baguette over it. Cut it into smaller sandwiches, and secure each piece with toothpicks.

Step 5

Put the sandwich on a plate and side it with French Fries, Roasted Vegetables, and your favorite dip sauce. Adding some lettuce will also bring out the best. Bon appetit!
