How to Make Cheesy Pizza Bombs?

  • 1tablespooninstant yeast
  • 1/2cupwarm water
  • 1/2cupKalleh whole milk
  • 1/2cup (room temperature)Kalleh dairy butter

  • 1canmarinara sauce
  • as desired slice pepperoni
  • 300gramsfilla filla processed cheese
  • 4tablespoonsmelted butter
  • 2clovesgarlic

  • 1tablespoonitalian seasoning
  • for topping Kalleh parmesan cheese powder
  • 1teaspoon dried oregano

These cheesy pizza bombs are the perfect, crowd-pleasing party food. These little pieces of heaven taste extra delicious. The crispy crust with the cheesy and savory filling is what you need at the end of a busy day. They are refreshing and appetizing. Making these amazing cheesy pizza bombs is much easier than similar recipes. If you don’t want to use homemade dough, simply replace it with biscuit dough, and go for these insanely tasty cheesy pizza bombs.


Step 1

Use a dough hook, and combine the warm water and instant yeast in the stand mixer bowl. To make this by hand, choose a large bowl, and do the same. Let the mixture sit until dissolved for about 7 minutes. 

Choose a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk, room temperature butter pieces, white sugar, salt, and microwave them for about one minute. Then stir until everything is melted and incorporated. Pour the butter and milk mixture into the stand mixer, and thoroughly mix the ingredients. The mixture must be lukewarm. Then add in the eggs, and whisk. 

Gradually add about three ¾ cups of all-purpose flour and continue mixing the ingredients at low speed. Add just enough flour to form a soft dough. Remove the dough and place it on a lightly floured surface, and knead it for 8 minutes. Grease a bowl, and place the dough in it. Cover the bowl loosely with a kitchen cloth, and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Set aside.

Step 3

On a floured surface, roll the dough thinly. Divide the dough into 20 balls. Roll each piece and press them into an even circle with your thumb.

Step 4

Now pour a small dollop of the marinara sauce on a pizza ball, top it with one slice of pepperoni, and one tablespoon of Filla Filla processed cheese. Arrange them perfectly in the center. Then bring the edges up and over. Use your fingers to press them together. Make sure you leave no gaps to prevent filling from leaking out. Lay the loaded pizza bomb on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat these steps for the other nineteen pizza balls.

Step 5

Once the balls are ready, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl using a fork. Brush the butter mixture over each pizza bomb thoroughly. Next, top the balls with  the Kalleh parmesan cheese powder.

Step 6

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the pieces are nicely cooked with a bubbly and golden brown cheesy surface. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes—serve with marinara sauce alongside. Enjoy!
