Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F (190°C), and prepare a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Put the chicken breasts on the cutting board. create a pocket in the middle of each breast with a knife. (Don’t slice all the way through the sides of the chicken breast). Divide the Kalleh Camembert Cheese into four thick slices. Stuff the Camembert cheese and halved cherry tomatoes into each pocket and push closed. Make sure the cheese and tomatoes are even throughout the chicken pocket.

Step 3

Sprinkle the chicken with dried basil and season it with salt and pepper. Wrap three slices of bacon around the chicken. You could use cocktail sticks to pin it. Carefully place each chicken breast on the prepared baking tray and repeat for the remaining three chicken breasts.

Step 4

Slice the zucchini into 1cm slices with a knife and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Put them around the chicken breasts on the baking tray. If you want crispier zucchini, use a separate baking tray.

Step 5

Bake for 25 – 35 minutes, and it’s done. Bring out from the oven and serve with the roasted zucchini.
