The recipe for an appetizing Homemade Pizza is easy and simple. At first, making the pizza dough might seem like a lot of work, but it is worth it. All you have to do is mix the ingredients and let them rest and rise. That is all. Then you can top it with whatever you like. You can add mushrooms, fresh Mozzarella, or drizzle some olive oil, Pesto Sauce, and Ricotta Cheese. It will enhance the taste of a pizza lover.


Step 1

For making a delicious and easy Homemade Pizza, you should first make the dough. To bloom the yeast, add it with the sugar to the warm water. Let the mixture stand for almost 10 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. Choose a large bowl and mix all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the middle and add six tablespoons of olive oil and the bloomed yeast mixture. Use a spoon to combine the ingredients until it starts to clump and forms a shaggy dough.

Once combined and hydrated, dust the work surface with flour and place the dough onto it. Then use your hand and knead it for 10-15 minutes. Roll the dough on top of itself and then push forward.
