Step 1

Place a large pot over medium flame and melt Irish Butter. Once melted, add chopped onion and cook it for about 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix ground turmeric, ground cumin, and ground coriander in a bowl to obtain a mixture of spices.

Pour chicken broth into the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Afterward, stir in cooked sprouts, cooked turkey, sour cream, and mango chutney. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture is piping hot. However, do not boil the mixture.
