Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Beat two eggs in a bowl, dissolve salt in beaten eggs, and pour mixture into the frying pan when oil is hot.
Make sure the egg mixture spreads evenly throughout the frying pan by tilting it slightly and swirling it around. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute. After that, remove the egg from the frying pan, shred it and set it aside.
