  • 450grams turkey thigh (ground)
  • 1medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)

Step 1

Preheat the grill to high heat and lightly grease the grate. Soak ten wooden skewers in warm water for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Using a large bowl, mix ground turkey, onion, egg, cilantro, paprika, curry, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, and bread crumbs. Mix the ingredients well with your fingers.

Step 3
