Shropshire Blue is a type of blue cheese made from pasteurized cow&#8217;s milk and vegetable whey. Shire Blue is a soft cheese with a spicy and strong taste. One kilo of Shire Blue cheese has a nutritional value equivalent to 12-14 kilos of fresh cow&#8217;s milk and is rich in minerals, phosphorus, and calcium.
